What we collect

We only ask for what a carrier needs to rate and bind your coverage. Most of it comes straight from you when you request a quote.

• Contact details: name, business name, phone, email, mailing address
• Operating details: MC Number, US DOT number, radius of operation, commodities hauled
• Fleet and driver details: unit counts, vehicle years and values, driver ages, CDL tenure, loss runs and MVRs
• Site data: pages visited, referring source, approximate location from your IP, and cookie identifiers

Why we need it

Each field has a job. We use your information to prepare quotes, place coverage with carriers, service policies and claims, verify identity and authority, meet state insurance and FMCSA recordkeeping rules, and improve how this site works.

Who we share it with

We are a licensed agency, so quoting means shopping your submission. We never sell your information to data brokers or unrelated advertisers.

• Insurance carriers, wholesalers and managing general agents we submit your risk to
• Underwriting data vendors for MVRs, loss history and safety scores
• Service providers who host our site, email and agency management system, under contract
• Regulators, auditors or courts when the law requires disclosure

How long we keep it

Quote submissions that never bind are kept for three years. Bound policy and claim records are kept for the period your state's insurance regulations require, which is typically seven years after the policy term ends. Website analytics are kept for 26 months.

How we protect it

Submissions travel over TLS. Access to fleet and driver records is limited to licensed staff who need it to service your account, protected by unique accounts and multi-factor authentication. No system is perfect, so if a breach affects your data we will notify you as required by your state's law.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to retain. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including California, may also opt out of targeted advertising and request a copy of their data. We will not retaliate for any request.

Cookies and tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the quote form working and analytics cookies to see which pages help visitors. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; the form still works, but saved progress will not.

Children and changes to this policy

This site is meant for commercial trucking operators and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. When we change this policy we update the effective date at the top of the page, and we tell affected policyholders directly if the change is material.
